Can you do this for me. Run the installer you last used. Check remove all Apps and remove al Prefs. Reboot and install EUCON 22.12. Then post back here if it still doesn't work. On the small EuControl Icon up on the notification bar there a menu item called Collect Support files. Whether it works or not after this can you post them(or a link) It would help know whats going on.
