Installed fresh Ram today, reset NVRAM, PRAM, PMU.
Trashed pref files.
opened up my trouble sessions, same problem
Started a new session, recorded 15 tracks at the same time.
Grouped them, dragged them etc. Everything behaves normal.
However, doing a simple action, like separate or copy/ paste makes the G5 Fans go into higher speed.
Processor performance is set to "highest".
I'm pretty sure the G5 never acted like that in the past.
