You can do a timestretch/Smart tool toggle key with Soundflow., either as a keyboard shortcut, Streamdeck key or on a surface (Apple/Android)
I'm not sure what functionality you get with the free Soundflow that's now included with PT, but if you go on their site in the 'how to' section someone will get you going.
I guess it depends what version of PT you have if Soundflow is included?
