Sounds like you have power cable problems - ground loop as they say. Route your power cables away from all audio cables. Try to separate wall-wort supplies to another circuit. Try in general to run your audio cables perpendicular to your power cables in all situations. Check your cables - is the system balanced? Are you coming straight out of the 001 or is there a mixer involved? Ground loops can be a real bitch, but if you start at the beginning (ie power) you eventually find it. If the character of the humm (ie harmonic content/amplitude) varies depending on what your computrer is doing, Try separating the power from your computer and your audio hardware. Do you get hard drive noise in the hum? I bet you do....
