Apparently there is an account with my username. I can see it when I try to register that user name again. I simply cannot access it.
Usual log in not working - forwards me to that
It appears as though your "Avid Download Center" account has not yet been linked to your Avid Master account. You must link these accounts to continue your access. page.
Password reset not working - forwards me to the same page.
Any help please?
