Mr Jackson is using an Axiom Gen 1 not an Axiom Pro. It is my understanding that the Axiom Pro Transport is hard-wired to the Pro Tools Transport.

X-Fader is part of the Group E assignments and the Trigger Pads need assigning to Group P. This is covered in the Axiom Pro User Guide.
