Re: no driver in device manager
I would completely start over. Use the uninstaller app on your install disk, make sure your mbox is turned off.
Then exactly follow Bill's instructions;
1. Do not plug in your Avid interface until after PT9 is completely installed!
2. Install the Avid drivers.
3. Reboot.
4. Install PT9 + updates.
5. Shut down your computer, connect your interface, and restart your computer.
