what are my options?
how does it works?
what card/interface will I need to buy?

Do you want a unit with mic preamps built in? Or do you already have a bunch of extra preamps and just need something with line level inputs?
Check into the Focusrite A16R for 16 channels of line level inputs, or the Focusrite MP8R for 8 channel remotely controlled preamps.
You'll need a network switch. I like the NetGear GS 108T and use two in my rack. Or the NetGear GS108PE if you see yourself wanting PoE in the future. The Cisco SG350-10 is also a standard in the industry. And you want to use shielded STP Cat5E or Cat6 cable.
Your MRTX Studio can accommodate up to 64 channels of Dante inputs, so you can add as many Dante units as you want when you decide to grow.
