That's a typical great idea to record the tones of plugins and VIs to audio tracks...either you're happy with them and don't need to make any tone edits, so go ahead and print the instrument, or just print them now for the sake of saving CPU to get you by for tracking other 'real instruments' and voices, and knowing that you can go back to the midi/instrument tracks right before mixdown to make any adjustments, but at a higher CPU sample buffer setting.
Buss the output of your midi/instrument track to the same buss input of a new (stereo) audio track...arm and hit record for the new track.
Make sure
all your plugins are the most current for your version of PTs.
