Default Transfer of ownership - Please Help support!

Hi, I purchased an avid support code from the avid store.

I am trying to access the support portal to transfer my hd9 license to someone else but its very conveniently not allowing me to do so.

Can someone tell me IF the avid support code is the SKU avid e-mailed me after purchase?

Can someone also tell me where I can find the damn code? When I enter this sku number in the redeem section of my account, it simply wont accept it.

Is there an alternative person I can contact? I e-mailed avid directly " [email protected]" but no case number as un-able to access support portal.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Wish this was a more simple process.
