On June 16, 2013 the Avid Support Center - known as the Support Portal - will be integrated into the
Avid Master Account on avid.com.
We are making this change based on customer feedback and it will provide our customers with a better, more streamlined login process for access to the Support Portal to enter and view cases, the Download Center, Pro Video Community and the Avid Online Store entitlements and purchases. We expect to add additional components to the Master Account over time.

Reminder: Although your login to the Avid Pro Video Community can be linked to your Avid Master Account, the Avid Pro Audio Community forums are on a separate hosting server and require a separate registration than the rest of the Avid websites. You can use your same email and password if you want.
