Control 24 works directly with Pro Tools 10 and older(because there are no 64 bit drivers for it). Neyrinck now has a software utility that makes Control 24(and Pro Control) work on current versions of Pro Tools(I believe it uses HUI protocol), so check out that company website.
followup, I am currently using a Control 24 with PT Ultimate 2021.12 with the Neyrinck software and it works! Any version of PT from 10.x and older would not need the Neyrinck software(but I don't know if any driver is needed). For PT 11 and newer, the Neyrinck software breaths new life into these older control surfaces.
