Perpetual renewal. missing Ilok license
Hi,
I have been charged with installing multiple updates of the perpetual support update plan in a computer lab. One set was done this summer with an Aug. 17 expiration and I have successfully updated all the Iloks for that date.
I have 10 more with a Sept. 14 expiration date, AVID account has been updated and has new 2019 expiration dates. But I have no Ilok Licenses yet.
Do I have to wait till they have expired to receive new ones?
NOTE: I am sending this on my account, the I locks in question are on my school lab's account.
