By all means, keep looking, but Perpetual Reinstatements (both Standard and Ultimate) are hard to find these days:

Ouch! Option:
If you’re not happy to stay on PT 2020.3, you could sell your expired Perpetual license and buy a new one … I’m not 100% sure, but I think this price is pretty close to what the Standard Reinstatements cost:
