So when logging in to iLok.com and synchronizing this iLok the licenses for Eventide Factory and the 2 licenses for Smack and Smack LE are not on the iLok ? If so then you don't have the plug-ins, did you download these to your iLok yourself from your download section on iLok.com ? You can check your history on iLok.com, it shows a complete decription of all the transactions in your account.
