Default OT: Chandler - Great customer service


This is off-topic, but I think it's a good idea to
tell others when I experience good (or bad) customer service
so that other people can make wise choices when
purchasing audio gear. My apologies of this is inappropriate.
Note that I have no interest whatsoever in Chandler..

I recently purchased a used Chandler mic-pre that
ended up malfunctioning. I contacted Chandler and
they agreed to fix this for me at no charge. I thought
this was pretty impressive as I am not the original
owner and don't have any registered warranty with the product.

I have no idea whether this is common practice for
them or not, but I thought it was a good indication
of their commitment to customer satisfaction.
