Hello. You may also want to read the Pro Tools Reference Guide and look into playlists, time stamping and voice allocations. There is more than one way to skin a cat, usually four or five in Pro Tools. You may find that anyone of those methods will make life easier for you if not in this specific task, but maybe in another scenario or in your overall skills. Good luck.
