Default Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle USB3 compatible with protools video?
Hello,

We have a Mac Mini with PT10.3.5 + CPTK, Mbox 2 Mini.
We have Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle USB3 which is supported by Protools 10 according to Blackmagic website.
Intensity family is supported by AVID for Protools video.
Installed the latest drivers today and updated the firmware.
No luck. Video out pcie grayed.
Any hints?
