That's only because they haven't written the windows version. Now, even a trailers/commercials Dolby license requires a full Atmos install to qualify. Plenty of high end studios are exclusively windows. Don't believe the fruity hype.

I haven't seen a windows system in LA, ever. I still say that if the true demand were there, more than 50 percent, Dolby would do it.
I wouldn't be surprised if they are.
Though from the sound of it, they are fighting with AVID hard. So maybe its an AVID problem overall.
Seems like many of the problems now are coming from AVID.
