Yes absolutely terrific new patches. Most people read it as 1,500 new patches whereas it's only a 'mere' 250 new ones (their marketing is consistently misleading on this sort of thing imo). To view only the new ones, switch the directory to the library and type "1.6" into the search bar.

Here's something most folks don't know - Spectrasonics have snuck in two brand new effects in the recent 1.6 Keyscape update, and they feature in the new Keyscape Creative patches too. K-verb is a new reverb that emulates rooms (a few special-effecty ones too), while K-channel has an EQ and an enhancer.

However, neither effect is available from the drop down menus for some bizarre idiosyncratic Spectrasonics reason. Omni users can play with them on the Double Felt Grand Keyscape patch, and then save each as an effect rack under the Presets menu. Then if you want to use them on your own patches, you can load that rack into a blank effect slot (say, D), then using the left hand arrows copy and paste to where you need it. A bit of a fiddly workaround, but doable.
