I am experiencing exactly the same problem today! I log into my Avid Account. Then I go to the Registration Case creation page (
http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation)
After filling out the online form and attaching the scanned Transfer of Ownership form (pdf) I click the 'Send' button and get to the page with the padlock saying 'authorzation required'
Tried different browsers (Mac: Safari and Firefox, Win7, IExplorer9) Cookies are enabled.
I sold my Eleven Rack and want to transfer the ownership... what can I do now?
There is no other way to contact Avid!?
