With Artist Control and Artist Mix in My Surfaces, if I open EuControl Settings, the app hangs. If I don`t open EuControl Settings, both surfaces work, but of course I cannot assign anything.
If I just use the Artist Mix, EuControl Settings work as normal.
If I just use the Artist Control, after 30 minutes or so, EuControl Settings sometimes work.
I read somewhere that there were still problems with the Artist Control and the Apple Security "update", but have found no new information. Will we get a fix?

What OSX version are you on?
Can you uns the Eucon installer and select remove all Apps and remove prefs, restart and then reinstall EuControl.
