Thanks. I’ve now finally received order confirmation email telling me it should be in my account but…it’s not in my account.

Quite amazing really that I’ve exhausted every other route of customer service (“Expertplus”?!?! Lolz) unsuccessfully and the forum is the only place I can get help.
