Hold down the 'N' key while Pro Tools is starting and try selecting different interfaces.

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest 003 driver? Follow the driver install instructions.

I hope you are not trying to aggregate the 003?

Delete whatever aggregate IO device is defined.
