Default Reinstatement Plan issue, Avid stops to reply

Case Number:04087465

I’ve found my two Reinstatement Plan AUTO-RENEWAL on Dec 28 2020, I bought it from Avid official shop so there is no any button to turn off auto renew off. Then I open a case and start to contact Avid. We have about 3 or 4 email while this time. But Avid stops reply me since Jan 4. The email I last sent was on 00:07 Jan 4(GMT +8). We are on different time zone and there are weekend so I can wait, but It has been 8 days, no any response.

Could anybody help me?
