Yes, now it's running more stabile....
I deleted the Pro Tools preference folder:
Go to C:\Users\*user name*\AppData\Roaming\Avid and delete the Pro Tools folder.
Then I optimized:

...setting the "Background services" in the Advanced tab helped me.
