As far as software, as soon as everyone releases native M1 support, it will work on these too. Will be interesting to see how they do in the wild.

Agreed, a $2999 option, with in-between specs, would have been nice to see.
I feel like it might take some time for the industry to wean itself completely off of Rosetta, and knowing that non-Native software will stay in our worlds for a bit longer I'm wondering how typical PT sessions will operate from the get-go.
