A used Eleven Rack without the expansion pack is worth near nothing IMNSHO. One with the expansion pack is worth US$200-$300. You really should have checked the firmware version before buying.

I don't know but I suspect expansion packs may well not be available anymore and they are a PITA to install with computer/web browser compatibility issues. I'd return the Eleven Rack if you can, and just buy one with Firmware 2.0.1.

There were also clock problems with Rev E units and they should be avoided at all costs (The revision is the last letter on the serial number on the white label on the rear-panel).
