Click start and then Run.
Type %temp% and press enter (Windows Vista/7 users can just type into the search box)
The folder will open in Windows Explorer
Locate the following files and delete them if they are present.
AvidEffects_10_2_Install
AvidHDx64Setup
AvidProTools10_2_1Install
AvidVirtualInstrumentsInstall
