bought two support plan upgrades - two licenses dumped to single ilok?
Hi all,
We purchased two support plan upgrades from PT9HD to PT10HD.
I went to ilok and saw one license. I plugged in one of our PT9HD iloks, surrendered the license and noticed that the ilok now had two PT10HD license.
Naturally I attempted to move the second PT10HD license to the another ilok but it won't let me. I feel like this is either a glitch or I am owed a second activation code.
Opened a ticket but just wondering if anyone had the same thing happened.
