please see my other post in this forum.

we are using a box that converts ntsc blackburst to tri-level. i lock the PT systems to 29.97 blackburst and the same blackburst is fed to the tri-level box, which then feeds the deck. i then set my session timecode in pro tools to 23.98 and chase the LTC output of the deck.

however i am noticing a latency when chasing the LTC. again, please see my other thread and let me know if you have a similar problem.
