yes, i have lost a license on an old iLok. I have already purchased a new iLok and filed a case through Avid and purchased an ASC to get a replacement license on the new iLok. I was just curious was the timeframe was for that. The case number is 04275146 and the username and email is the same from this account is the same for avid support.
