I also just tried the alt-shift (Mac) clicking on the dots to the left of the tracks and it toggles show and hide for those selected tracks. So if you want to show only the selected tracks, hide all tracks (you can do this multiple ways, I do it by option clicking on a filled circle). Then try the alt shift on the empty circle of one of the selected tracks and it will show only the ones that are selected.
