I was contacted by Avid support regarding my case. No solution yet. The problem isn't with my iLok not syncing properly (I followed the steps in
this article).
I have a new Pro Tools Perpetual license in my iLok account that is prompting me to Surrender an old Pro Tools Perpetual license that is not on my iLok. The current Pro Tools Perpetual license that is on my iLok works, but I can't update to any version of Pro Tools after 12.6.0.
It's been couple of days since the reply from Avid regarding my support case.
I know Avid support sometimes works through the DUC to help push along support cases. Can someone help push this along?
