I will try to get an older version of Windows to see how it goes. I'm not sure it will work tbh, seems odd to me.

Reopen Pro Tools and after it's opened normally replace the problem plugins back into the AAX folder. Usually Pro Tools will then scan them properly. Unfortunately I already tried this before and it had not worked for me Trust me I've tried any method already posted on duc
