If you want a genuine Thunderbolt dock (rather than a USB dock) then you shoudl consider the Caldigit range.
Be aware that there a limitations with all of these docks - for example, in the case of the widely used Caldigit TS3+, the Ethernet port is only 1Gb/s and does not support AVB (which you would need for Carbon).
More significantly, for most people, there are always limitations as to how many screens, what resolution and what refresh rates can be supported across multiple ports on the dock, given that all the ports are fed from the bandwidth of a single TB port.
