License not deposited into iLok license manager
I have purchased pro tools, received academic eligibility, and linked my ilok account to Avid, but I never received a license code or a license was never deposited into my ilok license manager. It seems others are experiencing this issue within this last week as well. Has anyone received support on this issue from Avid yet? I have made a case (case number: 04330650), but haven't heard back yet.
