Hello,
our subscription got put on hold because we forgot to change the payment method on time. The automatic payment (Auto Renewal was On) with the old credit card was not successful. We then promptly updated our payment method to the correct one, but now it says the subscription is on hold. I gathered from
here that the system will be triggered to process our payment again within 24-48 hours, but this is too late.
The problem is that our subscription expires tomorrow morning October 19th 2021 and we also have an important recording session tomorrow morning.
