Hello!

I purchased the MDW EQ (MDW Hi-Res Parametric EQ v3.0.1 (RTAS TDM) ) from Avid / Digidesign via download earlier today, and successfully transferred it to my iLok account and dongle. As my Mac is offline, my PC verified that my iLok does indeed have the MDW EQ on there. I've checked several times, and it shows that I have the license for MDW Hi-Res Parametric EQ v3.0.1 (RTAS TDM).

I put the iLok back on the Mac and installed the downloaded plugin
succesfully on my Mac. However, when I go to start Pro Tools LE, I get a dialogue box stating that it does not recognize any iLok authorization. I can't even run a 14-day trial.

ATTEMPTED FIXES:
I have tried re-booting the Mac several times, re-seating
the iLok, and verifying that the iLok does indeed have the appropriate
downloaded authorization by checking it with the iLok website. I also installed the latest PACE drivers and then re-booted, but same result: upon booting up PT LE, I get a dialogue box stating that it does not recognize the authorization on my iLok.
