A word to the wise - if you are shipping any pro-audio products (especially Apple computers or Digidesign products) in and out of NYC, insure it, or disguise it - it will probably get stolen.

At this point, we've had problems with all of the major shippers. FedEx is the only company we've had little hassle settling our claims.

Pray to god you never have to talk to anyone at UPS, much less settle a claim.

And somewhere - someone is firing up a nice Mix Core, with an 882, a new G4, and a Motu MTP.

Maybe the smashed Mackie HR824's and the waterlogged Roland s760 are there too.
