I've made it further along, but still having issues.

Under My products/pro tools, I click "Receive license and downloads". It sends me to a new page "Please select iLok.com account for your purchase".

I already have an ilok account, so I enter my existing Ilok User ID. I then enter my iLok password and click "authorize". Next, I'm sent back to the previous screen titled "Please select iLok.com account for your purchase".

I've tried several times to enter my iLok credentials, but I never get passed this screen. It's stuck in a loop.

Any ideas?
