purchased the AnnualUpgrade plan (PT11-PT12) but did not get any iLok license nor can I see the software in my AVID account………
Did get two purchase confirmation eMails though………
help needed

--note for those that purchased from the Avid store, you should then go into My Products and Subscriptions in your Avid account and click on your Upgrade Plan product to select your previous license to complete the upgrade. See http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/h...ActivationCard for more info. -j
