PT and all its variants HD, SE, LE, MP should be installed to C/Programs
There's probably no way around that as I'm sure they tried to streamline and idiot proof the installer as much as they could.
You might try moving the Keystudio program file by dragging it while holding down the shift key. This should move the file and update any links or paths that point to it.
Frankly I would leave it in its default folder.
