How can I contact someone in Avid about my Renewal offer
Hi,
I was only made aware of a substantial discount offer to renew my PT Studio annual upfront subscription yesterday. A few days before , I thought I had better make sure I didn't lose my work but couldn't afford the full undiscounted price for a years renewal, so I ordered and paid upfront for a years subscription to PT Artist. I haven't downloaded it yet as I don't know how I can install it when I still have PT Studio on the computer. I would like to take advantage of the offered discount for PT Studio and cancel my PT artist and pay the difference ( which is £67) but I cant seem to find anyone to contact about this. I have filled din a form to Contact Sales but no one has got back to me. IS there an email address I can use to get any assistance with this? Thanks in advance for your help.
