The best thing to do, is uninstall Pro Tools 9 and then download the mbox 3 pro drivers from the link
http://avid.custkb.com/avid/app/self...ice&NewLang=en and then re-install Pro Tools. The Drivers are not included with Pro Tools 9. I installed the mbox drivers on my laptop (even though I havent recieved the mbox yet) and I can access the mbox software control panel. Hope this helps!
