Make sure "Show Auto-Created" is visible in the region bin.
also "Clear Find" in the region bin.
What do your Timeline and Session Data lights tell you?
As long as your timeline is green, I wouldn't worry about it (unless you need alt takes or the like)
This session isn't from an OMF by any chance?
