Thank God, figured it out. Read a tip that was posted back to PT8, there a Midi problem was solved by rightclicking on the PT softwareicon and run as administrator. And after I did this, the keyboard was working like a charm.
Frustrating it takes so many hours just to figure out such a small thing.
