Hi there,
While some variability of timing is expected with certain plugins (with Monophonic and X-Form; not with Rhythmic, Poly, or Varispeed), there was an issue with EA Render / Commit that could affect timing of renderings. This is fixed in the 7.4 CS2 update, just posted.
Give it a try and see if it's improved.
