Hi,

Sorry I haven't replied you earlier. I downloaded it from Avid's page. I noticed that there is a setup.exe other than the Windows Installer in the zip file that I downloaded. When I clicked the setup file, and it repaired, or installed the missing files on my pc. Good news is I can open the PT now.
