Possible to delete registration from Avid Master Account?
So I purchased Pro Tools 10 from Guitar Center. On the box it had free upgrade to Pro Tools 11. I made an avid master account and registered my product and then I followed the intructions to get my free upgrade. The service rep who responded sent me an activation code for Pro Tools 10 and an activation code for Pro Tools 11. Since nothing was in my products page I went ahead and registered both. It turned out though that the activation code for Pro Tools 10 wasn't needed as it comes pre activated on the iLok. Unfortunately no one told me this and now I'm stuck with a registered product thats showing up as Pro Tools 10, free upgrade from Pro Tools 9 in my account. Can this be removed?
